The 2019 Sales Manager Fall Leadership Academy took place in Sandy, Utah, from June to November. Graduates of the 2019 class were all nominated by their general manager to attend the program. This is the fourth year that the academy has taken in honored employees to increase their success and further develop their leadership skills.The six sessions cover 10 topics, including hiring, coaching and training, dealership workflow, how to create and execute a plan, and effective communication. The main objective of the academy is to position sales managers—and by extension the Group—to be exceptionally prepared for every opportunity of future advancement.
