Miller Family Message by Gail Miller –
Thank you for joining us for the recent Who We Are broadcast. It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect, celebrate, and share what makes us the best place in town to work and the best place in town to do business.
It has been an exciting year with transformative changes. At our 2021 Who We Are, we had just welcomed Daybreak to the Larry H. Miller Company. Since that time, we have sold Larry H. Miller Dealerships and acquired Destination Homes.
Our organization is no stranger to change. In fact, we embrace it. We courageously prepare, innovate, and seek out new and exciting opportunities. Change is a natural transition in what has proven to be an incredible year of growth and transformation.
In looking back over the path we have traveled and looking forward to the execution of our vision and our estate plan, I clearly recognize that our successes are based on the good we do. I’m very proud of the giving hearts that are inside each one of us and of the desire that we have embraced to do good.
We are dedicated more than ever to enriching lives with our philanthropic endeavors. We are also deeply committed to enriching the lives of our employees. We want you to have opportunities to grow and develop your talents and enjoy precious time with your loved ones.
If we can take satisfaction in knowing that we’re on the right track and continue to do good while not losing sight of the fact that serving and enriching others is what we are about, we’ll continue to have great success.
I have no question about where our blessings come from. They come from the good work that you do, and I want you to know how much I appreciate your efforts. Thank you to all of you who make these good things happen and support our mission, vision, and values.
