Megaplex Theatres Creative Director, Scott Terrill, has brought his golden touch to the Megaplex pre-feature in the form of a 2021 Rocky Mountain Emmy nomination, a first in the 21-year history of Megaplex Theatres. The nomination is for a “Behind the Scenes” segment called, The Wilhelm Scream, and features a fun and entertaining look at how a notable audio clip from 1951 has found its way into hundreds of blockbuster movies.
Scott has been producing the Megaplex pre-show for more than nine years and was recently recognized as one of the 2021 Larry H. and Gail Miller Values Award honorees. The Emmy awards are announced in November; fingers crossed Scott and Megaplex bring home the win!
