Fostering growth and development through the Gail Miller Women’s Leadership Group

The mission of the Gail Miller Women’s Leadership Group is to inspire and develop women professionals within the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies, our partnerships, and our community by providing access to exceptional speakers, innovative leadership development, and engaging networking events. The Gail Miller Women’s Leadership Group is open to employees of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies and our community.

Today’s business landscape is vastly different than we’ve seen in recent years. The rapid departure away from the office created severe disruption and changes to our personal and professional lives. Yet, with a shared sense of purpose, the Gail Miller Women’s Leadership Committee quickly adapted and continued to promote inclusive and diverse opportunities for learning and growth, mentorship, and the development of leadership skills. 

In an effort to increase opportunities for participation and development, the Committee has expanded to include women leaders and experts in their respective fields. These incredible women join their talents and voices together as colleagues to promote and develop professionals by planning events with outstanding speakers, providing networking opportunities, and creating leadership development tools.

Gail Miller said it best, “There are no limits to the good we can do, to the things we can learn, to the opportunities before us. Every opportunity is an adventure.” Leadership programs like this enable organizations to operate at their best by cultivating truly inclusive workplaces of diverse teams.
