October is traditionally the month where we gather in each state to celebrate the employment milestones of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and now 40 years of service with the Larry H. Miller Group. The meeting and travel restrictions put in place due to COVID-19 altered our plans and our ability to hold our banquets.
In a message shared in the certificates commemorating this year’s anniversaries, Gail Miller shared the following message: “I am grateful for your tremendous work, dedication and loyalty and even though we can’t celebrate your anniversary in person this year, I recognize how important you are to the success of our organization.”
“All of the employees we honor are leaders, regardless of titles, because they are leaders in continuing to build a strong culture of collaboration. We are grateful fo they way our employees lead by quiet example,” said Steve Starks, CEO of the LHM Group. “Thank you to all of our employees for the talents you share, and thank you for the culture of leadership you bring.”
It says a lot about a company when its employees are willing to spend decades of their lives working for the same company. Dedication, service, and loyalty are trademark values of this exemplary group of employees. Congratulations, and thank you for your service!
