One of the highlights of leadership conference each year is the opportunity we have to recognize individuals for their leadership, example, and accomplishments during the past year as well as for their contributions over their career with the Larry H. Miller Group.
Page One Column One Award
The first award presented at this year’s conference was automotive-centric and recognizes the work and contributions of an entire team of individuals.
In simple terms, the Page One Column One Award recognizes the dealership that generates the most net income relative to its gross profit. It’s impossible to win this prestigious award without being a well-run, solid, organized operation that’s committed to excellence in every aspect of the dealership – all while taking care of our customers and employees.
This year’s winner was the team at Larry H. Miller American Toyota Albuquerque lead by GM Hud Romero.
Leadership Excellence Award
The Leadership Excellence Award recognizes individuals who exemplify and promote the core values of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies and lead by consistent example and deliberate teaching opportunities and have done so throughout their tenure with the Group. Individuals are nominated by the entity presidents and then reviewed by the Miller Family Board of Managers. This year’s honorees are Michelle Smith, Jarred Black, and David Smith.
